Shorty....

I got a haircut and YES I am blogging about it!! LOL! My friend Julie and I decided after the girls ( Kayla and Abby) had a girls night we should have a girls day!! I found a great deal too check it out...... Near Downtown Charlotte off of South Blvd. they have a Aveeda hair school and the prices are great! Yes, I was a little nervous to get a major haircut with a student but what's the worst that could happen , RIGHT?? LOL!! We went to lunch at Carrabbas near by ( which I haven't been to in over 5 years since Jeremy got sick one night and blames it on the restaurant!- Sorry honey!!:) ) had the yummiest lunch then when we stepped into the salon/school it was soo cool it felt like a hip, cool regular hair place and smelled sooo good too! ( that's important to us ladies - all u men!)..... So off we went and had our pics ready- my stylist took a look at the pic and said she could do it no prob so we got started- I even got a hand massage with it while my highlights were cookin' ( if u only get a cut, no color u get a head neck massage!! Next time I am only getting a cut!) It took way long ( they are getting graded I guess!) but I had a wonderful time and LOVE my hair and Jeremy's just happy I didn't spend a fortune :) ! So what if my stylist was 19 and made me feel sooo old by saying comments like- "My MOTHER loves her hair like this too!" and how she had to get up sooo early (8am) HA! try 545am is what I felt like saying - no she really was a sweet kid ( LOL that right there makes me feel old too! ) ..... Oh Yea- that same day Jeremy came and picked Emma up and took her out for some daddy/daughter time ( it was her bday) and she got a cute bob haircut too!! All of the girls now have short hair- we love though!! :) Thanks Jules for a great day I had a blast- send me your pics of us and I can put them up too!!!!
