I think something has happened to me over the last few years..... I am getting to LOVE things like gardening, sewing, cooking... u name the "homemaker" things I love to do it well....... except laundry and dishes! lol I also have grown so much this year ( ok YES I know literally I have grown but talking about spiritually.....) God put on my heart to homeschool a l o n g time ago and I just shoved it off-until this last year----- as you well know this year was our first year and I can't say enough positive ( and some negatives) things that I myself have learned---- it is WAY hard some days to balance school, chores, appointments, and just me time, but God has truly shown me how to be a mom, a teacher, a wife, a friend- even if I don't see many of you because of school- and just today I really got to thinking/thanking God for all he has blessed me with. Ok off that mushy gooshie wanna see what we did today??? Well U ARE!! ...... I have also really been into teaching the kiddos where things come from ( our garden being a great homeschool activity!) and we started getting raw milk- don't be grossed out!- its just straight from the cow- milked fresh not pasteurized or added anything. So I found this farm who has it nearby and one of my fav food blogs had a post about making your own mozzarella cheese, ricotta, sour cream, buttermilk, and butter all from raw milk- you just have to learn to use all the parts ( cream, whey from cheese etc.) so today we made butter and mozzarella cheese- go to that blog I linked to above if you wanna try out-- or come by for a taste- its REALLY good and I can't wait to make more mozzarella when our tomatoes get to growin!!!
Another one of my weird things I like to do now is sew...... no I am NOT growing my hair long and making me and the kids matching dresses and overalls ( Jeremy said he would halt homeschool if that ever happens! lol) I have been making burp clothes and paci clips and today made these bibs ( well I bought the actual bibs from Ikea...) but did do the owl and the popsicle on front. So on my todo list is to get way better at the sewing part and sell these babies ( umm items.... no selling BABIES!) on Etsy or make for people who are having a baby- but right now I gotta get MY baby- no name- cutsyfied! :)
And just FYI- all my dear friends .... YOU made me this way- To my friend who eats SUPER healthy - thanku , to my gardenlovin friend-thankyou, to my craftlovin friend thanku, to my cooking/baking friend thanku and to all the others that just put up with me-- LOVE you lots and THANKU!!

Because of you, I made Lathan 2 onesies and the girls each a shirt, so easy and they are just so cute, so Thanks To You! Kiley can't wait for Em to spend the nite. Oh, and that raw milk just grosses me out, you know how I am with all that, but I am very impressed you can do all that....and eat it too;) See ya this afternoon.
i don't think you realize how much all your friends learn from you. you are one pretty amazing mom! you know i love you :)
To be so young, you have accomplished a lot, girl!! You are an inspiration to many...including me!!!
I was once inspired to make my own cheese too. But it didn't look like that and it was NOT tasty. maybe I'll try again soon!
When you want some orders for bibs, let me know. My sister is due in September.
