Ok so I am so much a kid this time of year, but this Christmas was/is different because Emma ( the kinda middle child...LOL) was so concerned about the elves only being at Maw-Maw and Paw-Paw's house and of course I couldn't find them anywhere after the Christmas show ( knew I should have gotten those expensive things, Jules!....) so anyway Maw-Maw and Paw-Paw came over to give the kids their ornaments the other night and she gave them an ornament elve and said we had never gotten the ORNAMENT so that's why the other elves haven't arrived ( great thinkin Maw-Maw!!) so while the kids hung their special ornaments Paw-Paw went to work hiding our first elve JACK ( Carrie I did NOT name him after your sweet Jack-a-roo he came with this name LOL) !! Emma found him right away and ever since has kept a watchful eye ( He moves all around when they aren't looking- quick little thing... wink wink ;) ) so while this is hard work - who knew!- I am sooo excited to finally have an elve of our own, a tradition to cherish, but need to find more and Maw-Maw is out so ANY ideas or anybody know of anywhere to find these guys??? because as Christmas gets closer more elves are SUPPOSED to arrive but runnin out of time LOL!!! Maybe this year since Jack is our first he will get one of his friends for NEXT year ( help with ideas on that too!!LOL????) sorry such a silly post, but I SO wish a had a pic of Em inspecting her JACK elve and in wonder that he was really HERE- it was priceless guess this is why I need a working camera ( hint hint J!LOL) !! :) Merry Christmas to all the KIDS in us all!!

I love the idea of the elf. I have never heard of that before. I think I will be keeping my eyes out next year for that to start doing at our house. Sorry we couldn't make it on Saturday, it was a couple of long days for us. Hopefully we can do it again soon.
