Kayla had a big school project few weeks ago and had to make us an African feast On the Menu:
~Chicken and Figs
~Papaya stir fried rice
~Fried plantains
~Green beans
Kayla did a WONDERFUL job and it felt like I was in old world Africa ( or what I would imagine it to be!)
She also made musical instruments and much like they used to do, adored us with henna tattoos- I thought this was just an Indian tradition- neat to learn aside her!-- we got a little carried away with the tattoo part because ... well we like tattoos around here! Even the dog got one on her belly:D lol
We all had a great night and Kayla did an awesome job- can't wait to see whats next! A++
